By purchasing or accessing the FarsiLingo A1.1 Video Package, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not purchase or access the Product.

• Course Description

The Persian A1.1 Course is designed to provide foundational knowledge of the Persian (Farsi) language, including the alphabet, pronunciation, basics Grammar. This course is intended as preparation for further Farsi language study.

• Access and License

Upon successful payment confirmation, you will receive access to the videos through the method described on the product page. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Product for personal, non-commercial educational use only.

• Intellectual Property Rights

All content included in the Product and on the FarsiLingo website, including videos, scripts, course materials, graphics, logos, and design elements, is the exclusive property of FarsiLingo and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No ownership rights are transferred to you through purchase.

Unauthorized use may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may lead to legal action.

You may not:

• Share your access credentials
• Copy, record, download (unless explicitly permitted), or reproduce the videos
• Distribute, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Product
• Modify or create derivative works from the content

• Peyment and Fee

All prices are listed in Euro (€). Payment must be completed in full before access to the Product is granted.

Payments are processed securely through our designated payment provider. We do not store payment details on our servers.

Prices are subject to change at any time; however, price changes will not affect completed purchases.

• Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the A1.1 Prerequisite Video Package and the immediate access granted upon purchase, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will only be issued in cases of:

• Accidental duplicate payment
• Technical errors caused solely by FarsiLingo that prevent access to the Product

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you waive any right to request a refund once access has been granted.

• User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate registration information

• Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FarsiLingo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product.

• Modifications to the Course or Terms

We reserve the right to update, modify, or improve the Product or these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected on this page. Continued use of the Product after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

• Termination

Access to the Course may be terminated without refund if these Terms and Conditions are violated.
